Returns & Damaged Items

Each piece is chosen with care, and because jewelry is worn so personally, all sales are final. We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for color, size, or change of mind, and earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, I'll make it right. Just email shop.team@danabethandco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item (and packaging, if it was damaged in shipping)

I'll send a replacement, or store credit if that piece is sold out. There's no need to mail anything back.
