Shipping Policy

Dana Beth and Co ships all handmade and curated jewelry with care from our studio in Georgia. Every order is packaged securely to protect your pieces during transit.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Handmade items may require slightly longer during high‑volume periods, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is automatically calculated by weight at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s current rates.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex depending on the most reliable option for your area.

Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, it is no longer within our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist where possible, but Dana Beth and Co is not responsible for carrier delays or misdeliveries.

💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To start a damage claim, email dana@danabethandco.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)


We will review your claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
