Every order is packed with care and shipped from Georgia.

📦 Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is most reliable for your area. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. We currently ship within the US only.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier to open a claim. I'm happy to help where I can.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Email shop.team@danabethandco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I'll send a replacement, or store credit if the piece is sold out.
