Return & Refund Policy

At Dana Beth and  Co, each piece—whether handmade or curated—is selected with intention and crafted or sourced in small batches. Because of the personal-wear nature of jewelry and the uniqueness of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging sent to dana@danabethandco.com. The 48-hour window begins upon confirmed delivery of your order.

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)


Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a refund. Claims submitted after the 48‑hour window cannot be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

All jewelry—handmade or curated—is considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color preference, sizing, or change of mind.
